The 30th anniversary of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Building Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524, as amended) became a natural opportunity for reflection and sharing observations, opinions, and comments, both from a research perspective and from a legal practice perspective (from the point of view of law in action) during the 6th Legal Forum on Spatial Management and Construction, organized on the initiative of the employees of the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative and Administrative Court Proceedings of the University of Gdańsk, which took place on 19 September 2025 in the building of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. Continuing the tradition of the previous five forums, the culmination and a kind of immortalization of last year's event is this monograph, with the participation of the largest group of authors to date (taking into account previous post-forum studies), whom I would like to thank for accepting the invitation to joint publication.
